MEET CHRIS TAYLOR

A Maine-born craftsman with a passion for building things that last.

Chris Taylor was born and raised in the Belfast area of Maine, where his passion for carpentry and hands-on craftsmanship began at a young age. He learned the trade from his uncle, Chris, who introduced him to the fundamentals of carpentry and helped lay the foundation for a lifelong passion for building and creating with his hands.

Over the years, Chris has continued to develop his skills through experience, creativity, and a genuine love for the craft. His work includes carpentry, custom builds, remodeling, additions, outdoor projects, and landscaping.

Chris also has a background in outdoor content creation. He was previously featured on the YouTube channel Fowler’s Makery and Mischief and later created his own channel, Chris Taylor’s Maine Stream Adventures, where he shared his love of Maine, the outdoors, and hands-on projects.

Today, Chris brings his Maine work ethic, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to Chris Taylor’s Building & Construction.

Chris is currently servicing the New Jersey area while his daughter undergoes chemotherapy. During this chapter of his family’s life, he continues to work, build, and provide for his family while bringing the skills and values he learned growing up in Maine to homeowners throughout New Jersey.

For Chris, construction is about more than completing a project. It is about earning a customer’s trust, taking pride in the work, and building something that will last.
